A hidden gem of Santa Barbara, Whitcraft Winery has focused on non-mechanical, natural winemaking since its founding in 1985, established by Chris and Kathleen Whitcraft.
Signature varietals from the winery include Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Syrah, each crafted without fining, filtering, or pumping. This organic approach produces wines with minimal sulfur, allowing each to maintain its character and evolve naturally.
Following Chris Whitcraft’s passing in 2014, his son Drake stepped in to lead the Whitcraft team, carrying on his family’s legacy in California wine. With the same dedication and passion as his father, Drake and the Whitcraft Winery team remain committed to maintaining the authenticity of their wines, recognizing them as living entities that develop through their different stages of life.
